ABOUT ME
I’m Eavan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. I’m passionate about helping teens, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while deepening their connection to themselves and those around them. Trained relationally, I work from the understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation; we are shaped by our relationships and experiences, past and present.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, identity exploration, family dynamics, or life transitions, I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools to help you move through life with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, with others, and with what matters most to you.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m spending as much time outside as I can, camping in the mountains with my dog, running, or tying out new recipes.
I am trained in Brainspotting and can include this somatic practice in treatment, often helpful for unprocessed difficult experiences.
